A family tragedy leads to a healthy awakening
VR software designer Matthew Guelke was no stranger to adventure and odd jobs – he’d worked as a bike messenger and nature guide in British Columbia, an ESL teacher in Japan while studying martial arts, and even had a brief stint as a pharmaceutical rep fresh out of college.
And not in a million years would he have anticipated his next move – to open a healthy all-organic restaurant in San Francisco. It was never in the cards.
The story of how it all went down is remarkable yet with tragic origins. Following a family tragedy, Matthew found a new passion and purpose for his life – while others in his family found their own profound physical healing.
