Stick to your normal sleep schedule as much as possible. Set the room temp to cooler, per your preference, and bring an eyemask to assure a dark room for optimal sleep quality.
Keep the water a-flowing! Always have a trusty refillable water bottle in hand. Refill in airports and before you head out or hit the beach!
Prioritize & Schedule (or sneak in) a minimum of 15 minutes of intense activity every day.
Take the stairs, Do jumping jacks in the room, Hop on a bike, Take a brisk walk – anything to get your heart pumping.
