The recipe is quite tart, just how we like it – adjust to your taste and feel free to add a touch of nutmeg. Pair with organic sheep and/or goat cheese (we prefer raw and local).

Few can resist this delectable preparation. Serve in small or medium sized ramekins with a fork.
Mocktails or Cocktails
Just a touch of organic Elderflower Syrup in sparkling mineral water.. or Cava is wonderful. Add a few pomegranate seeds for some holiday flair… and polyphenols.
Butternut squash soup shooters
