We counted no fewer than six distinct revenue streams during the conversation with Wendy – from craft beer sales to retail ferments to catering and private parties to hosting community events, and… oh yes… the restaurant(!)

It’s multifaceted and all-consuming. And to Wendy, as exhausting as it all is, it’s an absolute necessity given the challenges of running a restaurant today. 

"If we didn't do all of these things, I don't think that we'd make it."

Running a multifaceted business like Fox Tale requires more than just culinary talent—it takes resilience, adaptability, and an insane level of dedication – often 14×7.
